About the CF Systems Edilveyor
CF systems produces modular conveyor systems for the construction, recycling and demolition industries. Standard conveyor lengths are 3, 4, 5 and 6 meters. The conveyors are foldable which means that the maximum length of the conveyor when transported is only 3 meters.

EDILVEYOR conveyors are available in 4 standard lengths 3,4,5 and 6 meters. Manufactured with steel frame, steel rollers with bearings and rubber belt with 15mm high chevrons.

All Edilveyor conveyors are equipped with 1.1kW electric motors ensuring superior performance, poer and durability.
Modular
The conveyor is assembled with modular steel frames allowing the overall length of the conveyor to be extended or reduced by adding/removing modules and changing the belt to suit
Safe
With a single phase AC motor IP55 (3 Phase on request), an IP65 rated control panel (equipped with a motor protection switch and emergency stop button) integrated into the frame, the Edilveyor is the safest conveyor for construction sites.
high payloads
Utilising a chevron belt and running V rollers, the Edilveyor contains more of the material being transported without the need for containment sides panels running the length of the unit thereby reducing cost and improving efficiency.
Quick Assembly
Lightweight in construction, the Edilveyor is easily transported. The overall transporting footprint length is only 3 meters. 4, 5 and 6 meter units can simply be folded back on itself. Having power input and looping output connectors easily allows for multiple conveyors to be strung together for larger site requirements.

EDILVEYOR is available in four standard lengths: 3 metres, 4 metres, 5 metres, and 6 metres, allowing users to select the size that best suits their project requirements.
Quick and straightforward installation The EDILVEYOR arrives ready to use, complete with its integrated control panel and loading hopper. Installation is simple: just secure the unit in position using tubes and clamps, then connect it to the power supply. It can be set up as a standalone unit or easily connected in sequence with additional conveyors for extended reach.
Strong and built to last Constructed from durable galvanised steel (no aluminium components), the EDILVEYOR features robust rollers equipped with high-quality ball bearings. The conveyor is fitted with a heavy-duty black rubber belt reinforced by pressed strips that stand 15 mm high, ensuring reliable performance and longevity even under demanding conditions.
Fully modular design The system’s modular construction allows each conveyor to be easily lengthened or shortened on site. By adding or removing modules and replacing the belt as needed, users can adapt the setup to changing project demands without replacing the entire unit.
